Requirements Consultation & Assessment
The client provides project details (CAD floor plans, design inspiration images, floor area, and functional zone layout).
A dedicated Project Manager steps in to conduct an initial technical assessment and recommend suitable materials (e.g., hand-tufted wool, machine-woven nylon, etc.).

Design Proposal & Preliminary Quotation
Based on design requirements, the pattern design is refined, and a color scheme is developed.
A transparent, tiered quotation is provided, outlining costs based on various material combinations (inclusive/exclusive of tax).

Physical Sampling & Approval
A pivotal stage: The factory produces physical samples based on the approved design proposal (typically 30x30 cm or 50x50 cm).
The client reviews and confirms the sample's color, underfoot feel, pile height, and material texture.

Contract Signing & Deposit Payment
Both parties sign a formal procurement contract and a technical specifications agreement.
The initial payment (deposit) is made, and the project officially enters the production scheduling queue.

Lean Manufacturing & Rigorous Quality Control
Production Lead Time: 20-40 days.
A dedicated specialist monitors production progress, and multi-dimensional QC inspections are conducted prior to shipment (covering specifications, color consistency, flatness, fire resistance, etc.).

Professional logistics services deliver the products directly to the project site (domestic or international).
